The following items/checks are INCLUDED in the service offering:

The Basic Service Schedule Charge is for labour of servicing/cleaning of the unit only and includes the following:

• Includes the first hour on site
• Cleaning of indoor coil
• Cleaning of outdoor coil (High Pressure Washer)
• Checking indoor and outdoor fan motors
• Checking fan blades for damage or out of balance
• Checking all electrical connections
• Checking for oil spots on refrigerant piping
• Checking and cleaning of condensate drains
• Cleaning of filters
• Checking of cooling and heating operation
• Checking refrigerant pressures
• Checking running current
• Measuring on & off coil temperatures (indoor & outdoor)
• Cleaning unit cabinets
• Checking corrosive barriers
• Checking corrosion protection treatments

The service DOES NOT INCLUDE:

• Any transport fees/call out fees for installers outside a radius of 10km
• Any additional repairs needed and any parts needed for such repairs
• Any labour costs that requires the technician to stay onsite for a longer period of time than the normal service / inspection fee. If the technician believes something will take longer than the allocated time for the service/ inspection fee the technician will discuss this directly with the customer.
