You acknowledge that you are responsible to ensure that the product is properly serviced and maintained and to keep the necessary proof thereof. You will be required to provide a complete annual service schedule history.

The following items/checks are INCLUDED in the service offering:

The Basic Service Schedule Charge is for labour of servicing/cleaning of the unit only and includes the following:

Includes the first hour on site
Cleaning of indoor coil
Cleaning of outdoor coil (High Pressure Washer)
Checking indoor and outdoor fan motors
Checking fan blades for damage or out of balance
Checking all electrical connections
Checking for oil spots on refrigerant piping
Checking and cleaning of condensate drains
Cleaning of filters
Checking of cooling and heating operation
Checking refrigerant pressures
Checking running current
Measuring on & off coil temperatures (indoor & outdoor)
Cleaning unit cabinets
Checking corrosive barriers
Checking corrosion protection treatments

The service DOES NOT INCLUDE:

Any transport fees/call out fees for installers outside a radius of 10km
Any additional repairs needed and any parts needed for such repairs
Any labour costs that requires the technician to stay onsite for a longer period of time than the normal service / inspection fee. If the technician believes something will take longer than the allocated time for the service/ inspection fee the technician will discuss this directly with the customer.
